Captain’s Away Day September 8th 2023
Each year our Captain organises an “ Away Day” for members.
This year our Captain Nigel Jenkins chose Bramhall Golf Club and what an excellent day it turned out to be! We gathered bright and early at Knutsford to pick up the coach for the short trip to Bramhall GC.
This didn’t stop the champagne flowing and on arrival we enjoyed our Professional Tim Maxwell’s introduction to the teams and a charity team auction with a funds raised for the Captains Charity, Marie Curie.
Thanks to Bramhall for their fabulous hospitality, with Pro Scott organising the competition and Damon and his clubhouse team providing lovely food and greats service.
A fabulous day, congratulations to individual winner Eddie Ellis and Team Winner Gary Lasham, Phil Orford, Mike Baker & Rob Sims, somehow we managed to get home!
